A manga that I tend to remember when in it comes to yuri is Lonely Wolf Lonely Sheep. It's an interesting take on a romance between two girls when they accidentally meet in a hospital. It follows the yuri formula (one is tomboyish but also quiet while the other is girly and hyper) but the manga is in the POV of the tomboy, so it brings a different perspective since it's more common to be in the POV of the hyper one in yuri. Here is the information link for the manga: www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=72549. There's a rather interesting conflict that thankfully isn't dragged out and it's a quick read (4 chapters + 1 extra).

I actually read this like a million years ago & I remember liking it, but it was too short to make a lasting impression haha Too many yuri one-shots and not enough ongoing manga series!

Sometimes one-shots end up showing the greatest quality because dragging the plot out for too long can be very detrimental, especially in the case of Citrus. Citrus would have been one of my favorites had it been shorter than it is now.

Touché. There are always a few ones worthy of continuation though, like Girlfriends and Sasameki Koto. Would have liked to have seen more of Junsui Adolescence (Which you still have to read, by the way)

Would have liked to have seen more of Junsui Adolescence (Which you still have to read, by the way) I think there are many great, long-running manga that have ended that although having a few more chapters wouldn't hurt, it may end up ruining the ending that it has, or at the very least, the pacing up to the ending. Adding too much padding right before the ending can screw up the pacing. I think Sasameki Koto ended the way it should have ended. Don't fix what isn't broken best fits this case. BTW, I don't recall you ever saying that I should read it. I don't even recognize the name so I had to look it up. Even then, I still didn't recognize it. I think you might have confused telling me to read it with someone else.

Nope. I don't talk about yuri with anyone but you... I've recommended it to you a few times, actually As for your edit, I would have to agree to a certain extent. I would have liked to see just a few more chapters from Sasameki Koto, or at least an epilogue to get a little more closure.

However, epilogues are not common in anime/manga due to the way that Japanese storytelling is done (which prefers open-endings).

I didnt know this one before you guys talked about it and I read it yesterday. It was sweet but not very original in my opinion It feels like there could have been a little more character development ( I hope thats the right word )

Howishine I know the feeling, bro. I need to reread it too huffer that's the problem with short yuri manga. Not enough chapters for character/plot development!
