A club for people that want to get together and watch some anime movie classics

We'll meet every 3 months (or whenever is convenient for most members) and use VLC Media Player to stream the video so we can watch it real-time. Chat conversations in Skype will go on simultaneously.
The first movie showing will take place within the next week, so let me know if you're interested!

As I mentioned in the Anime Analysis club thread, this meeting may take place right after that one, so sometime around 1:15am Eastern Standard Time on January 3nd. Nah, everything will be pretty upbeat. While I said every 3 months, we may do a second movie over the Holidays if this goes well.

Basically the difference between this club and AAC is that Anime Analysis will focus on controversial & thought provoking anime series (not usually movies), while this will be more casual, less time consuming, and feature lighter material.

In fact, I was actually thinking that a Ghibli movie would be great for our first watch.
