All right. Few important points:
1: I know it's hard, but try to show emotion while recording. It took me a long time.
2: If talk to a camera, look at it.
3: Try to make longer, more specific videos, maybe make some linework of what you'll do. I have done that: In AST I first introduce the technique, then I one by one explain and score each one and then bring it together in the last part.
4: Edit out moment where nothing is happening. I also know this is hard. Once I had this voice file with 2:52 of length and when I cut of my stuttering, saying things many times, failing at pronounciation and just blank silence, it had only 0:40 of length.
5: Make into your video the title of your topic. Just put a basic text there saying "[title here]" before you start speaking.
6: Music wouldn't hurt.

I'm sorry if these came out condescending or mean, but I just want to help you. ^^ I myself have watched and made so many videos I probably know more than you in the topic of video making.
