OK so I'm gonna make two threads one being about your most favorite characters and your most hated this one will be the most favorite one.
Mine would have to be
1 Kougami shinya from Psycho Pass
2 Shiroe from Log Horizon
3 Hei from Darker than black
4 Makishima shougo from Psycho Pass as well
