Well, unfortunately those weren't her lyrics to being with. Also, I think she does a pretty good job overall; I didn't notice any of those awkward spots that you've mentioned. I'm listening to it right now for any of those awkward spots and I think the tempo is pretty consistent. I particularly like the staccato parts of the song.

I'm playing both versions at the same exact time and it probably is just me. It just sounds more rushed in English for some reason lol

I don't usually listen to English versions of anime themes because they sound weird to me after hearing the Japanese for so long
