So I just thought of an interesting topic what has been the best decade for Anime for me I would have to say the 2000s just because that's the time I've grown up in ?

So your favorite decade? Because in that case, I would say 2000-2010, although I do like 90s animation as well.

Yeah the I love the style that 90s animation brought to the table but anything below that I can't touch. You're missing out on some good movies then. Akira, Lupin the Third: Castle of Cagliostro and Wings of Honneamise are some of the bigger movies from that time and I think that they are considered good by the standards of most.

Yeah, I don't watch a ton of anime from the 80s, but Akira was awesome. 70s anime 'ain't bad either. I've been planning to watch The Rose of Versailles basically since I got into anime but I haven't been able to find the time and Shiroi Heya no Futari is my absolute favorite yuri one-shot.
