That pop-up shouldn't prevent you from changing themes. I'm not sure why it suddenly started appearing, but you should just be able to click out of it.
I've added the Default back. Personally, I felt that it was one of the worse-looking themes because I'd just tweaked the standard Proboards theme to create it, but if you guys actually like it, that's no problem
