Thanks karma-san.. Depends on how complicated the drawing is but with those two above, I drew those for 2-4 hours..

Yeah, I have mostly sigs on there now. I've been inactive on dA for years :/ I used to have more drawings uploaded there but I deleted them since they weren't that good and were just a painful reminder of how horrible of an artist I am

1) ya huh you are

whether or not they are original art or not you still put pen to paper and produced something. Alex Ross, a comic book painter, uses photos as reference for when he creates. When I first started drawing, I just copied other pics I saw and now I do the photo reference thing as well. many people just copy things they like. it's still art

and B) whether it is a realistic painting or a stick figure drawing, when you made it...it was fun, it made you happy, you thought "sweet! One Piece!" took the time to make it and you are obviously proud of it to show it here (which you should be, it's very good
