Not a lot of information about this so far, but according to Anime News Network, a Tokyo Ghoul PS Vita game, inspired by the manga, has been green-lit in Japan.
Also in the works is a smartphone game that will be released sometime this year.

Will it get localized though? Seems pretty doubtful but I guess you never know. I wonder what kind of game will it be?

I'll buy the Japanese version if I have too! Nothing stopping me from getting Tokyo Ghoul!
It would be nice to see it released elsewhere. Let's hope more info comes...

The game probably won't be localized until Tokyo Ghoul (the anime) gets an English dub. They won't sell a game anywhere if there's no market for it, which is why most Japanese stuff doesn't make it's way State-side. Usually ends up in Europe if it does come to a Western market. So, if the US doesn't get it, and EU does, then it would be better to import it from EU, because at least then it would be in english.
