The Anime Swap Club
Welcome to the anime swap club, I'm starting this club to help members experience more anime and to further discussion on anime.
I have noticed that even on this small forum we all have a different taste in anime, which I think is great! I think though that as some of us watch different shows that we miss out on those shows but we also miss out on conversations on those shows. For example if I was the only person to have seen Kill la Kill and I really enjoyed it, I wouldn't be able to follow that up with any in depth discussion, which I think is a large part of posting on a forum.
How Does It Work?
Each month we pair up members, both members will choose an anime that they have enjoyed/found interesting/would like to discuss for the other member to watch, they then have a month to watch the show or follow it for the month if it's a live show and at the end of the month when both members have finished watching they can talk about them.
As an example
Member 1 chooses Cowboy Bebop for Member 2
Member 2 chooses Ghost Hunt for Member 1
So Member 1 will watch Ghost Hunt and Member 2 will watch Cowboy Bebop this month and at the end of the month they can discuss what they liked/didn't like/thought was interesting etc about each anime.
To make it easier each month you can suggest a couple of different shows and the other member can choose something from the list that they haven't seen.
The Discussion Thread
In order to keep things easy we have this thread set up for organisation. You can sign up in this thread and find out what anime you have been given as well as give out. We also have a discussion thread so that you can then post your opinions and discuss the anime you have been given as well as gave. The link is bellow.

One thing to add, members should probably check with one another to see how much anime they're willing to watch, because for some watching a 52 episode series in a month is do-able, and for others, the most they can do is 13.
