Basically, I saw they did these in a forum somewhere:

- Fill the Bubble Contest, we take a certain page in a manga, and the texts inside the bubble are erased, so, the job for the participants is to fill it with anything, usually, the funniest/saddest will win.

- Signature Contest/Graphic Contest

- Advertising Contest

- Rage Comic of the Week

- Chapter Prediction Contest

Love all those ideas! The Fill the Bubble Contest and the Advertising Contest look like they'd be the easiest to do with the number of people we have right now. Might even include a small prize, like a volume of the manga of your choice, for the winner of the advertising one.
