Yes, I mean Near from Death Note. No offence to anyone if you're a fan. I just don't like him and felt he wasn't necessarily needed.

I usually don't hate characters, but I'd say Naruto, Fuuko from Flame of Recca, Mello and Near from Death Note, Rebecca from One Piece (damn crybaby and so useless. Has a sword and doesn't even cut!) and Blackbeard from One Piece. Seriously, this guy is terrible.
There are more, I'll write when I have thought more.
