As you could see, Last Game is a popular shoujo manga in Japan by Amano Shinobu ~ If you haven't read it, I recommend you to read it! It's a good manga Synopsis (from Baka-Updates Manga): He's rich, he's smart, girls gather around him all the time, and he has always gotten first place on his exams... well, until Kujou transferred in his primary school class. She was quiet, plain, and poor, yet not once has she failed at beating Yanagi, both in academics and sports! Yanagi has made it his life goal to defeat this girl Kujou. Over the past ten years, Yanagi has followed her from elementary to middle school, from middle school to high school and even from high school to college to defeat her. Only when he decides to change the rules might he finally win! This is the story of their last game. Let's talk about the manga series here! (Since it's ongoing, we could talk about the chapter as it releases)

So he wants to beat her in academics, sports, or both? Sounds really interesting; I think I might have to check this one out!

Yeah, I love rivalry in anime, which is why the early arcs of Skip Beat really appealed to me. There's just something entertaining about watching the main character try to come up with creative ways to be the best

Rivalry is quite easy thing to do right and it adds to the tension of story.
