Swords are really awesome. *super manly voice*
I even have made few wooden swords and bought plastic ones from Coldsteel. And I have a running Youtube-series about swordfighting in anime (if I already haven't promoted enough).

Also I have a thing for multi-use weapons.

That's tough! It really comes down to the character that's wielding the weapon, but it's usually a toss-up between guns and swords for me. If I had to pick one, probably swords (or knives, like Shiki's knife in Kara no Kyoukai)...just blades in general lol

I have been practising for some time now and I now know that it's mostly doing same moves thousands of times until they become instinctive.
