I don't obsess over most canon anime couples, but a few of my absolute favorites are Otonashi and Kanade from Angel Beats, Nadie and Ellis from El Cazador de la Bruja, Amane and Hikari from Strawberry Panic, Shiki and Mikiya from Kara no Kyoukai, and Raku and Chitoge from Nisekoi (totally counts because they're technically pretending to be a couple)
