Season 2 at the end of it has a chance to be better than the first season.

I haven't watched an episode in a few weeks & honestly I don't really feel like I'm missing anything. I liked the first season a lot & I have some of the merch, but the second season was so disappointing.

My middle niece, age 11, has gotten into the series now thanks to a friend of hers at school. I've watched a bit with her and, as of right now, we're at the start of Fairy Dance. I'm not sure what I'll be doing if/when she catches on to the whole Sugu/Kirito thing. That's actually to me one of the few real annoying bits of the series because the brother/sister/cousins in love trope is one I never really got. Most other flaws I can overlook or don't even pick up on.

Ah, I forgot about this thread. Well I caught up with/finished SAO II a few days ago and the last couple episodes sort of redeemed the show, but not really. I gave it a 7 overall & I believe I gave the first season an 8. The series was generally entertaining, but a bit of a disappointment.
