One of my favorite Nintendo game series!  My first was Phantom Hourglass. Didn't play another Zelda game until I got Link Between Worlds last year, but I've been getting back into them; got Ocarina of Time for the holidays and I'll probably continue the trend of playing one a year, though I prefer the more recent Zelda games over the older ones. Downloaded Four Swords a while back and just couldn't get into it. Have you played a Zelda game before? Have a favorite? Share your thoughts here! |

I'm not a huge fan of Ocarina, it's ok, I'm not part of the collective that believes it's one of the best games of all time though. A Link To The Past is the best in my opinion.

I've only played a little so far but the style of Ocarina feels weird to me since it seems more "3D" than Link Between Worlds. Not a huge fan so far, but we'll see. |

So are you playing Ocarina on 3DS? Also it should seem more 3D than a Link Between Worlds, one is top down the other is third person. How far into the game are you?

Yep, playing it on the 3DS~ That's what I thought, but I wasn't sure if the whole game would be like that. I was just trying it out yesterday and walked around a little to get my sword and shield and enter the first dungeon. |

My first foray into the world of Zelda was back in middle school when I took a swing at Ocarina of Time on the Nintendo GameCube. Since then Link has become one of my favorite video game characters and I've been a huge fan of the franchise. Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Twilight Princess are some of my favorite games ever.
Pretty excited about the upcoming game on Wii U, hopefully it'll be much better than the disappointment that was Skyward Sword. As for the 3DS remake of Majora's Mask, I think Nintendo might have waited too long to announce it. It could be just me, but it seems that much of the anticipation that was once there is now gone.
