Definitely Clanned/Clanned: After Story. Just thinking about it makes me sad and remember all the sadness in the show. Clanned in my eyes is a work of beauty and a very emotional story. It had me in tears at one point and I hardly ever cry.
Not to mention the OST's are so beautiful and play a huge part to the show. I actually have every single OST on my device and usually listen to them when I am sad.
So yeah... I can cry. This is the only show that ever made me cry in my whole lifetime.
...
For the record: Clanned/Clanned is in my top 5

Clannad actually didn't impact me emotionally at all, to be honest. Only watched a few episodes of After Story before dropping it, since I wasn't a fan of the first season. Saddest anime I've ever seen is probably AnoHana—tied with Angel Beats in terms of lasting impact, but since I haven't seen Angel Beats in forever, I can't say for sure if it would be the saddest anime I've ever seen to date. I'm not really sure why AnoHana touched me in the way that it did, since it wasn't really relatable to me, but I guess it was just so well done that you got pulled into the characters' stories and felt their pain with them. Probably in my top 10 list of favorite shows.

AnoHana was really good as an emotional anime. While I may not have cried, it did feel like someone was repeatedly kicking me in the feels/heart everytime something sad happened. I actually gave it a rating of 9.2/10 IIRC

I got 4 episodes in. I had no patience for it because I couldn't stand the characters at all and if I don't like a single character in an anime, chances are I'll hate it (this isn't always the case if the show has an interesting plot, but I wasn't really into After Story's plot either) AnoHana was amazing. 10/10 for me!
