For me, it's definitely got to be FMA/FMAB. It was my first ever anime and it really opened my eyes to other options. Heck, it's the reason I got into all anime.

Hmmm... that's a tough question and honestly, I'm not sure if I can say. I suppose right now I would say OreImo because I feel like I can relate to the characters and I grew pretty attached to them over the course of the first season. But that could change depending on what I've rewatched most recently...
